Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payment by PayPal, Klarna, Visa & Debit and all major credit cards, exluding Diners Club. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay using this method.

 

Q: Can i pay via bank transfer

A: yes, we accept fast payments and transfers 

 

Q: How do I order couture dresses?

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: You have the option to chose a timeframe when selecting postage.

 

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit

A: We require full payment upfront on practice wear , however yes a 50% upfront payment for bespoke Finish wear items is required , with the final 50% being paid upon Collection/Delivery

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
